Howard Johnson Kelowna was so relaxing when we needed to sleep for overnight.

7:30 am for breakfast seemed to wait for as we would like to leave a little nbit earlier for the next trip. I have some experience of the other hotels serving breakast at 6 am would be perfect for us. Overall your hotel was so good.

Over crowded breakfast area bad pillows small tv generally kind of grubby, totally concrete ie no trees multiple different rates $200 "deposit",

The staff was very friendly. Inquired about our family in a polite and interested manner. New renovations were agreeable. So nice to have new, clean carpets!

Wish it had a pool.

The entrance of the hotel, you will miss it when driving as it stands between other two hotels.

considering this hotel had just under gone some renovations which were excellent there were too many things lacking. So to answer the question there was nothing I liked best except for the room itself. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows also.

As I previously said this place had just under gone renovations but the room was not ready to be let out. there was no Tv remote, the hot water did not work in the bathroom and I had to wait 1.5 hours for the manager to come and take a look after being told to let the tap run for 10 minutes, there was no outside phone line, no phone book, no tea/coffee making facilities.

Room was clean and smoke free. Staff friendlyhelpful and polite. Complimentary continental breakfast.

Old outdated style. Carpet old worn and ugly.Electrical plate cover missing from one outlet. Hotel undergoing renovations, so no rooms on main floor for physically challenged

Due to the cancellation of a flight from London Heathrow we arrived at the hotel at 2.45 A.M. We were greeted by the manager. Wonderful! The room was excellent, everything worked, good shower, good breakfast, and we would definitely stay there again.

Updated decor

Toilet backed up and was not offered a cost break.. the manager had to come in after 10:30 pm to unplug toilet and the plunger that they had at the desk was useless a new one that would work should be purchased

Convenient location to break up long trip

Small motel-like, just stairs to second level, no elevator..........thought H.J. would be bigger hotel-like structure.

I enjoyed the breakfast room, and that we were able to get hotwater from there and make ourselves a cuppa when we wanted to. It's also fun to have the opportunity to meet other guests in a common breakfast room. The staff were very helpful when we needed to make a phone call. We were impressed enough that when we realised we needed to change our booking in Vancouver and saw that the Howard Johnson met our budget we did not hesitate to book there. We also enjoyed the Vancouver facility.

No water boiling facilities etc. in the room The fridge was very useful.
